FALSE PROPHETS TODAY

The Apostle Paul warned that the last days would bring a marked increase in false teaching. “In the latter times, some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils” (1 Timothy 4:1). The last days are described as “perilous times” because of the increasingly evil character of man and people who actively “resist the truth”

2 Timothy 3:1-9¶ This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.2For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,4Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;
5Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.
6For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts,7Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. 8Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith.9But they shall proceed no further: for their folly shall be manifest unto all men, as theirs also was.

1)What does this teacher say about Jesus?
2) Does this teacher preach the gospel?
3) Does this teacher exhibit character qualities that glorify the Lord?

Now listen to this and ask yourself "Is this of God?"

There are so many deceivers out there, so many folks that are so blind to a false prophet like this. Pray fellow believers...pray for this man to be exposed so those wrapped in this garbage will know the true gospel and pray for this man also.

I have never heard of such ridiculous stuff in my life! Some people want to hear how God will make them successful and all about His love and nothing of His justice. These people want to go to church to hear and see a wrestling match. They want from church what they get from TV...violence. They glory in their shame. You're right we do need to pray for these people's salvation.

Cristina,
I just did a little more research on this guy. Seems he gets his power and message from an angle. He claims that God told him to go tell people of the "angle" and that they already knew everything they needed to know about Christ. "Church leaders" all over the country are sending people to Todd to "get what he's got" and bring back to their church to give to everyone else. Some very scary stuff!

Sarah,
It sure is, and the more I look up on Youtube about this man, the scary it gets...and for people to believe him is even scarier...and he is not the only one out there.

Sarah led me to this post. Thanks, Cristina, for posting about this heretic. As I posted on Sarah's blog, this is proof positive why we need to be in God's Word studying for ourselves and not just following any guy who comes along and calls himself a teacher of His Word.
