Please Pray

I have not blogged much lately as I have been under a lot of stress, as I am sure many other folks are. Problems come into our lives and sometime they are just so hard to solve. I have aways been the type of person that things just don't get to me, but as of late, I feel a bit over-welmed by life. I don't know if it is getting older or just the fact that there is so much one person can handle. I am trying to keep my focus on the fact the Christ is with me, He will strengthen me but I feel in a weak state of mind. May I ask that you please pray for me.

Of course I'll pray for you Sister!! Hang in there!! Things will get tough and even overwhelming...but the Lord wants to lighten that load you are carrying.

Isaiah 26:3 "Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee."

Praying God will strengthen you. Cast all our cares upon Him, for He cares for us. He is the lifter of our heads. Nothing is impossible with God. I just read an excellent post about this, and can't remember where it was! If I find it, I will send it to you. You might like my music website and the scripture songs. I have so much more music I need to get on there. I came from Maxine's.

Blessings, sister,
Cathy

Cristina,

There is a lot of this going around. Our enemy is trying to isolate us from each other and discourage us. God has allowed this in order for us to draw closer to the cross and then lean on those He has provided all around us who love and serve Him. This sort of thing reminds of Psalm 23. It is just a shadow of death not death itself that our enemy uses to discourage us.

In Christ

Mike,
Thank you, I am thankful that I have the cross to lean on these days, there is such comfort in the Psalms isn't there? This is such a good one "Cast your burden upon the Lord, and He shall sustain you." Psalm 55:22.
Thanks again Mike
