My dad had to return to the hospital through the night. He had shortness of breath so my mom took him to emerge and they found fluid around his lungs. The doctor told us to expect this with heart failure. Please pray he will be ok. Mom says he is good spirits. Today is also his birthday.

I'm sorry to hear this about your dad. There is nothing like being sick on your birthday. I pray he is feeling some better soon.
Oh boy! As you know we just went through this with Dad. I will be praying for him as well as you and your mother.
I will keep him in my prayers. God is our great comforter and healer. Praying for you too during this time of uneasiness!

Cristina, my prayer is that the gospel of Christ be glorified in this matter. May God comfort your Dad and Mom's hearts as well as your's and Jim's. May God give the doctors wisdom in treating this.

I pray things are better today.
Thank you all for your prayers. My father is still in the hospital. His breathing is still weak and he is still bloated a bit. There is a mass of something under his heart that the doctors are concerned about. I would just ask if you could keep praying. I just give God all the glory for keeping my dad with us this long. I tell my family that do not know the Lord, the reason dad is still with us is because of answered prayer.
Please pray for both my parents salvation, I still am not 100% sure if they know the Lord.
